How to fix slipped achillies tendon?

Two of my chicks ended up with this and one of them is already partially developed and regects any treatment that I try to give it. They are both alive and healthy but both have problems with their right leg. I did research on a website I got from another user that helped me understand it a lot more. I'm just wondering if anyone else has tricks or other methods to help fix this? All information is helpful, I'm learning as I go! Thanks everyone!
