How to FORCE your hens to lay eggs.... (pictures w/morning update)

haha I had an EE that would not start laying last year I gave her the stew threat and ment it because it was sep 28 and sep 30th was her 9 month birthday she was to give me an egg by then or she was taking up to much feed. Sep 30th 6am I hear a new sound in my yard of a hen I never heard before go out there and there is a little green egg.

It was just her time but i like to think my stew threat went to heart

Maybe they need a change of scenery. Had nine hens last year. Kept them all 9 month (little over). Not one single egg. Gave then away. They laid within days for the new owner... Started over this year. Figure I'll try my hand again. So far... it's all chicken welfare again...
