how to get a more firm chicken breast, "u" shaped keel bone, and add fat to the keel bone

On the last county show for meat chickens the judge told me my birds were not firm enough, the end of the breast that goes to a point is suppose to be more round an "U" shaped not "V" shaped, and one last thing he said that there wasn't enough fat in the keel bone/breast area. I need help on fixing these things but i don't know what to do and need yalls' expertise.

(I fed them 30% protein feed the whole time)

Any advice is welcomed

Only thing I can think of would be age....maybe?

I raise a lot of CX's but don't show them, note feed equals more fat. Maybe mix in some corn. That's all I can think of.
