How to get my ducks to molt

Right, they have molted once; three have actually already molted this fall (including replacing their flight feathers).

Should I make a distinction between molting and replacing their flight feathers?

Definitely they don't fully molt every time they molt.

I see a few in the pictures you posted that have scruffy looking flight feathers, are those the ones you are concerned about?
