How to get rid of a Pekin scratching all the time

New pekin just dropped off at the college pond and scratches all the time...how do you treat 4 fleas and mites or whatever else it could be..can ...they get dry skin..rashes? What about a bath with Dawn dishwashing liquid?...anything guys?_

I use permethrin for chickens, but I've never had a problem with ducks.

You maybe able to just give it plenty of bathing water with some ACV in it to take care of any mites.
