How to get rid of lice

In SA there is a product called Rossi 200(Active ingredient: Fipronil 182g/lt and Lambda-cyhalothrin (pyrethroid) 18g/lt.) but only comes in large quantities and are insanely expensive for a small scale backyard owner.

If I search for permethrin I get the following, will this work?

It should BUT, you need to look up the toxicity of the other chemicals in the spray to find out if they are likely to produce an allergic reaction.
Given the product states it's non toxic to people it looks promising but check!

Permethrin is supposed to be non toxic to humans if got on the skin but some people have developed a rash after use; hair product reviews have shown this.
