How to get your quail laying eggs???

Hi! I have lots of quail. Some of them started laying at 5 1/2 weeks old which is super early, but I have some that are 7 weeks old and they have not started laying. How do I get them to start laying?

24% protein feed. Fruits, veggies, mealworms. They live in an outdoor aviary so natural things too

How much light per day are they getting?
Are the fruits, veggies, and mealworms more than 10% of their diet?
How much calcium are they getting
Are there any stresses in their environment such as too many males, predators hanging around, etc?

In the aviary they are in there is 1 male and 3 females. The fruits, veggies, and mealworms are kind of like a snack to them. They have their own food along with the snacks that they can eat. No predators hanging around. They are squirrels but they don't come that often. The male hasn't started mating the females which I'm not sure is normal or not. I don't think they would be stressed out. They are quite friendly to me and will eat out of my hand, and the chickens that I have are far away on another side of the property. Though they can hear them..

Most start laying between 6 and 8 weeks, but that is not an exact estimate. They just aren’t ready yet.
