Son home from BS camp--so celebrated with take out. I sure missed him!! One of the first things he asked to do wasto go pick raspberries!! THose are mostly past and the blackberries are still green . . . more than anything he seemed to enjoy getting reaquanited with being home . . .

CD, looks good, hawaiian rice sounds interesting

Hawiian rice you make some

white rice add chicken breast chunks and pineapple chunks

8 oz can of pineapple drain the juice in a pan
2 twp.sugar of
1 top.soy sauce
and thicken with corn starch
(I use a drop of yellow food color)
then I add pineapple chunks to it and pour over the rice.

Hawiian rice you make some

white rice add chicken breast chunks and pineapple chunks

Sounds pretty good. Some lemon or lime juice might be nice in it too to give some acidity to balance the sweetness.
