How to identify genders for three week old chicks?

I have five chicks, About three-ish weeks old, I don't really know the breed atm but I would love if someone could share tips or ways to identify the genders, It would really be helpful! Thank you!

unless they were sex link breeds you will have to wait several more weeks to find out their sex. I know, the waiting is the hardest part....
