Hello friends, I made a incubator by myself and made two hatches. The pic uploaded is my first chick from my second batch of incubation. In the first batch i got 8/10 and in the second only 6/9. The chicks are mostly dying at the last days of incubation. I can see fully grown dead chicks inside the shell.l have also uploaded the pic of the fully grown dead chick inside the shell.

What are the things I need to follow to increase the hatching rate.

To answer that, the experts (NOT me) are going to need to know a few things:
Where do you get your eggs?
Do you control the breeder flock? If so, what do they eat?
Do you clean your eggs before hatching? If so, how?
How old are your eggs and how are they stored?
What is your humidity?
What is your temp?
What type of incubator are you using? (EDT: Not what model: did you install a fan/is it forced air?)
Have you calibrated your hydrometer/thermometer, and are you using only one? (The ones that come with cheap incubators are not to be trusted unless personally calibrated, apparently.)

Thank you. Then i need to do great research in that.

Everything that I would ask was generously noted by sylviethecochin .
So all I can say is welcome..

Welcome to Backyard chickens. I've never incubated eggs so can't offer any wisdom.

Many people keep a silkie hen just for brooding chicks. WHEN(you can't force it) a silkie goes broody she will sit and hatch eggs hers, or others swapped and put under her. Broodies are best.
