How to insulate vinyl shed?

Where in the USA are you @NatJ ?

Currently in Virginia, but most animal-keeping experience is from growing up in Alaska (chickens and rabbits.) We got plenty of cold, but the winter was generally cold enough to be quite dry, and our summers were fairly dry too-- so I don't have any useful personal experience of managing humidity for chickens.
