Hello Every one! I just got a new female Pekin duck (about 4 months of age) today, to bring home to keep my 6 month old Pekin drake company. Do I need to quarantine them for a few days or a week to prevent any illness spread between them? If any exist at all. I don’t want anything to happen to either of them. My Pekin drake means a lot to me and I would be absolutely devastated if he got sick trying to bring him a friend. Also, when they are introduced to each other, do I need to keep them separated? Or will they be just fine allowing them to meet directly the first time. Thanks! Sorry for long post
