How to Keep My Chickens From Being Bored?

4.5 weeks ago, i got 4 chicks, they are going out to their coop soon, and i was wondering if anyone had any recomendations for how to keep my chickens from being bored. i am new to keeping chickens and i would love any info.

You can try hanging up a cabbage from a string for them to peck at.
I've heard of people using that tactic when going away on holiday
