How to keep my concrete clean from droppings?

Cover the concrete in hay, grass clippings, fallen leaves, shavings, pine needles, etc... and make it a semi deep litter method.

Even though it has a concrete base... it should still invite bugs into the mix and give them something to scratch around for. This also usually eliminates poo smell! And is a healthy alternative inviting good bacteria to keep the bad bacteria in check and balanced.

Chicken Diapers?

I used to allow my chickens to roam the backyard ... As much yard vs patio there is, they chose to be in the patio I'd pick up poop a couple times a day (only had 4 - 6 chickens) but it got "old" and after one tried getting over the fence (neighbors dogs in waiting), decided to keep them confined. Hubby built me a Chicken House (8x12x7) ... keeps them secure & contains any Chicken Math

Mega good post, maybe you could also consider laying down a thin layer of sand. This would prevent sticking and make clean up easier.
