How to kill a weasel?

We have a weasel! Killed 4 girls in 2 days. We are so sad. Coop is an old barn. Not sure how it is getting in. Any suggestion please!

set a have a heart trap with peanuts and relocate it. Make your coop secure block all holes, chicken wire has to big of opening to stop a weasel, you need to use hardwear wire(?), you can kill that weasel, but if your coop is not safe another one will find it's way in. You need to act today. That weasel will be back to get the rest of them

So we have caught the weasel...thought we were safe. No more dead chickens. But we found a half eaten mole on sticky trap? Could it be another weasel? Thought these guys were loners. Maybe a rat? Help! We are almost done with the hardware cloth.
