One more thing u can notice if ur baby is in stress the poo will be clear like water there no fecal matter in it . as right now its too hot in India its the correct time for chicks ..

Do give him.1-2 min sun bath it will encourage his bones to take vitamin D

Kitchen scraps do nothing and salt is toxic to chicken
U can search a fruit chart available on Google what they can eat and what not .
1 clove of chop garlic directly in feed or mixed in water (once in a 7 days)
(Garlic will help his immune system , prevent coccidiosis (blood in poop) , parasites & lice,
Boiled egg is must
Fresh and clean water
Fresh and clean fruits not moldy
Fresh Corn
Fresh vegetables like spinach ,

Should I fed proovi boost in water or directly through spoon can I bought it near me as well

Will the temperature in India hurt my chick with heat stroke if yes what could I do

Yeah! Current weather of 44C is not suitable for chickens but chicks do pretty good in hot too! If ur chick outside or ur chick didn't have air circulation it may cause problem ..if u see signs like opening-closing mouth watery poo holding wings out & hot feets from body it means ur chick is overheating ..
I've raise chicks in last summer I didn't get problem though as I've them in my room and fans are on 24X7 ..I didn't let them out in sun right now they are mature and feel heat a lot so we have air conditioner running all the time they enjoy cool air!

No u cannot find proovi boost near u as its a animal product I've mentioned u address there's only this store in Delhi where u got all the medicines for chickens .
Proovi boost contains a dropper ( as u r new to raising chick I don't suggest to squrit drop in his beak u can trouble him) so you should mix 1-2 drops in his feed
