How to know if chicks are internally pipping?

I have a question about one of my eggs. Also a late one, homemade Bator as well. I've been waiting patiently and decided to candle one of the eggs. I can see the chicks back pushing up into the air cell, then down, then up. But I don't see it's beak, no chirping. Been like this for about 12 hours. Is it okay?

This is what it looks like. Nervous to intervene if it will do it all on its own.

I checked again and couldn't see veins and no movement from the chick. Still looks the same. How long shouldI wait to think about helping it?

At this point and being so late after hatch date, i would start cracking open the egg into the air cell. Not the membrane yet. The shell only.
