How to know your hatch will sell?

Ameraucanas only come in a small number of accepted varieties. Black, blue, blue wheaten, brown red, buff, silver, wheaten and white. None of those fit your birds.

I have the male and the blue female both in the box. And the other pics are from hens that i ordered from ideal poultry, and I jus realized that they lied and sold me eggers!

So now I'm thinking I have 2 pure ameracana hens, both blur and 7 eggers from a hatchery!

So I have now come to the conclusion that I only have 3 pure ameracana chickens total! 2 blue hens and my roo. So reproduction is going to be alot harder now!

Might be a Silver male...not sure about the females.
Ameraucanas are often labeled/marketed incorrectly....and frequently misspelled as ameracana, amerecana or americana.
This is perpetuated by the hatcheries and down the line by chicken keepers and 'breeders' everywhere.
