Agrees. My personal belief is she is full of crap.
You know how they say "take it with a grain if salt"?(And, Becky gives some good advice...I think...)
Thank you guys.
I bought a 50 lb bag and was wondering what you are. About whole corn: it keeps. Crack or mill it to flour and it starts to loose its nutrition faster. I have some and mix it in with whole grain wheat, whole yellow peas (a protein booster), and cracked corn for a scratch mix. Other than that it keeps, cracked is a better feed. Make sure they have granite grit if you feed whole grains.Um, sort of....
I don't want to throw away good corn... (if that's what you really mean't..)

Not telling you to toss it but hoping you know it is a treat and does not contain the full nutrients they need. It should be fed in moderation.
Feeding choices is ultimately up to the caretaker. If you choose to feed it it is your choice.
I agree they will need granite grit if getting treats.
As a last resort, corn gluten is sold as a broad leaf germination suppressant for lawns. I've had luck using whole corn (if your weather is cold and wet enough to decompose it before spring).I don't want to throw away good corn...
