How to make bantam lay eggs where i want her to?

I have 2 cochin hens and 2 mille's girls who are 4 month and started laying early. I have found there eggs scattered every where and I want to incubate them, but if I cant find them in time its all over, and I know you can wait a long time with eggs but its kind of cold outside and in the coop. The girls are not setting on there eggs.

Are they in a coop or free range? Do they seem to lay in a specific area? Do you have nedting boxes out? I know thi seems like 20 questions but need more info. Thank you.
