How to make EASY and SIMPLE homemade frosting?

our favorite icing around here is cream cheese frosting.

I just take 8 oz of cream cheese and let it soften a bit, add a tablespoon of butter and cream it together with however much powdered sugar I need to make it as sweet as we like it ( we don't like super sweet frosting, so I only use about 1/4 cup, but you can add as much as you like. Add a little milk if you need to thin it down and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. I use a kitchenaid mixer, but you can even use a wisk if you need to. It's super yummy and very rich!

I made Cream cheese frosting for the first time last night, easy peasy and so yummy. I put it on my moms Famous Carrot Cake, first time I made that also. Sheesh, 40+ years old and never made carrot cake.

marshmellow fluff, and melted chocolate chips
mix together, add pinch of salt.
should look creamy.

yep it is i made it you'll need a bowl some icing sugar and water and a little bit of butter just mix them and if they are too hard put butter in and if they are too soft put icing sugar in
