how to make egg cartons?

i know this is kind of off topic but i couldn't find a section to put this in. i was wondering if anyone knows how to make egg cartons. i've tried about 5 different ways but they all ended up in the toilet. i want to sell my eggs without using another brand's carton. any suggestions would be greatly apreciated.

You know many places sell unbranded cartons. Still it sounds like something I might try to save some money. If I had the time and a source of materials. From a standing start I can;t think of any way without one or two machines that I don't have.

I saw one person cut a 2 liter bottle in half, fill the bottom with eggs then slide the top down until the eggs were held tight and then taped the two pieces together. Different, but it might work.
