How to make seed blocks??

Does anyone know how to make the seed blocks that you buy in stores?

I've used pelleted suet from our local meat store, some peanut butter to stick it together and wild bird seed- keep in freezer. Don't hand with string though- dangerous for your birds. Place is suet holder.
