how to measure humidity

I have purchased 3 thermometer's that also read humidity. The problem is they all read very different readings they have readings that is 20% different from one another. What is the best way to accurately measure humidity?

Someone on here showed how to make sure they are right it had to do with adding salt. I'll look and see if I can find it for you.

The easiest way to check humidity is to check the air cell. There may be some postings on here but Strombergs Guide to Hatching shows where the air cell should be at several stages of incubation. If the air cell is too big you need water, if it is too small you have too much water.
