How to mix the safe-guard wormer for my chicks PLEASE HELP!

I bought liquid safe guard wormer for my silkie chicks a little over a month old. My TSC only had the liquid, no paste, so I got it but really didn't know what one to get anyways.

Can someone please tell me how to mix it. I stated in another thread about putting someone else's in with mine and I have tried everything so I want to see if the wormer works. She is the only one left from the hatch of 3. Again please help

I forgot to mention that I do have a 1cc eye dropper and a half cc to 3cc syringe but no needle. I told the pham guy I didn't need the needle

Safeguard 10% suspension (goat wormer) dosage for chickens is 3cc per gallon of water.

No, I just give it orally right from the bottle with one of these:

Per my vet, the dose I use is .5ml per 2.2 pounds once and repeat in 10 days
