hey does anyone know any good names for chickens? I have three young half-Polish chicks that need to be named.
and I already have three others named with a "Frozen" theme (Elsa, Anna, Christophe). but the others are this little trio, its hilarious.

the three little ones are the funniest little things.

That's quite a coincidence. My granddaughter names our hens after Disney princesses. We have Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Mulan, Tiana, Rapunzel, Meridah, Elsa, Anna, and Briar Rose (who is actually the same person in Sleeping Beauty as Aurora, but my granddaughter was running out of Disney princesses). She's named the rest of our hens after comic book superheroines or My Little Pony characters (but they take a back seat to the Disney princesses). She's changed a few of their names as well when some new Disney princesses, like Elsa and Anna have come along. It's hard for me to keep up with who's who. LOL!

I don't name many of ours, but I am the only one who has to know the names, I usually just name the ones that have been hatched by the mother, or that I have hatched the incubator.

My son named are ducks Ana, Elsa and Kristof. I wanted Thelma, Louise and Jamima puddle duck. That was a go until a week before they hatched, then he vetoed me.... rude. He really wants a Sven now and wants to change Kristof to Olaf because (and these are his words) "Kristof should be Olaf because she likes warm hugs"

I have four call ducks also, and it was interesting to name them because somebody (who shall remain name less) asked her friends what we should name them, in the end, my sister named two and that persons friend named the other two. so we ended up with Quackers and Cheese (you cant have one you without the other!) Martha and Amy. (Martha and Amy where both named after people we have known. My sister has down syndrome, and Martha was her speech therapist, and Amy is her Special Olympics swim coach, oh, my sister gives the ducks swim lessons)
