How to over-winter call ducks?

I have 5 call ducks in a chain-link pen and I'm wondering how to over-winter them? Any help is appreciated!

I’m in WV, so we have pretty similar winters as PA. As long as they have an area to get out of the snow, I don’t feel like they need anything extra. The few times that we get deeper snow, mine still come out, and it can be hard for them to walk around, but they still enjoy it. They even still get in their pools if I break the ice lol
