Hey guys!
Just wondering, my possible quail combos of my three (I’m hesitant to sex until they’re a little older-don’t want to do too much the first weeks) are
MMF
MMM
FFF
MFF
Are any of these unpairable? Right now there’s no fighting and most likely won’t be until (I think) sexually mature, but I’d like to know in advance in case I will eventually have to order another once I sex them.
Thank you!:D

If you have button quail or bobwhites, MFF may work, but quite probably won't. MMF won't, the males will fight and will overmate the female. MF is best. FFF may work.
If they're coturnix, MFF, MF, and FFF should all be fine. MMF, again, no.

They are tuxedos, so I think that means button. I will check the papers they came with. If they are bobwhite, would having 2 M 2 F work? Or would that still create fighting?

Tuxedo is a mutation of either japanese (coturnix) or king (button) quail. In most cases you can't house male quails together as they will fight. If you have king (button) quails, they should either be housed in pairs (MF) or females only. Japanese (coturnix) quails seem to do well in trios (MFF) though sometimes you need more females. If they are bobwhites, it's best to house them in lone pairs unless you have a really large enclosure.

Males will fight each other unless in a very large pen, period.

You'll want to find out whether you have buttons or coturnix, because care is different for both. Buttons do best inside, coturnix outside. Coturnix get way larger, also, and should generally be kept with more than one female per male, while buttons should pretty much always be kept in m/f pairs.

I also saw your pictures, you have button quail. Tuxedo is just a color, not what they're actually called. I have many buttons and they are best kept male and female only.
I do have two separate cages with MM in each cage. They are bonded and do well together. I also have one cage with a trio MFF and thankfully no issues in the two years I've had them. It doesn't always work though, just keep an eye out. Yours are just babies so they are fine together for a few more weeks. Curious, where did you get your eggs from?

What did the eggs look like?

Left: chicken egg (to give you a size comparison)
Middle: japanese quail egg
Right: king quail egg
