How to prevent my coop floor from rotting

Is that sticky? Does the heat make it tacky??

It's tacky until it cures. It remains "grippy" like rubber after that.

Maybe I missed it, but what would cause your floor to rot? Chicken poop? Do poop boards and sweep the floor daily, no rot. My plywood floor has a paint layer of Kilz, Half of it is 15years old, the other half is 5 years old. I think a layer of Kilz would stop the rot and then there is nothing to make it rot......
