How to put weight on my girl

I recently got a new chicken, she is being raised with my 8 week old pullet. The new one is about 4 months old. Mine has been hand raised and the new one was at a farm not hand raised, so kind of skittish. Anyway, she seems really thin to me. I can feel her breastbone very easily and very defined. Any suggestions on how to put more weight on her? They have access to all the food and clean water they want. I have noticed that they like when i wet the crumbles and add some mealworms to it.
