How to sex a Chick

I was wondering how can you sex a chick. i heard that if you pick them up by the skin on the back of there neck that a female will bring the legs up to her body and a male will leave his leggs hanging down is that true and is there an other why of sexing a chick. if you know an other way to sex a chick please help me thanks

Im a very skilled vent sexier and I can tell by the length of there wings on day one the female has a bigger wing feather and the males is short

If you're vent sexing, you aren't looking at the wings!

you may want to go to a vet or hatchery for that one apparently its an art, although there is something about feather lengh between male and female good luck.

have you ever took chciks to the vet to the vet to be sex?

Some breeds can be sexed by color and some by feathers. You can do a search for chick sexing. It takes a lot of practice to be able to vent sex.
