would this work on ducks? i'm hatching some and i just want to have a guess how many boys and girls i have from the beginning. obviously, it won't be 100% accurate, but it would give a good guess right?

I tried this on my 2 week old pullet and she was screaming. It was the only loose skin on her neck. Anyway, I won't be doing it again. She was fighting and she was presexed as a pullet. Flip her on her back and she pulls up her feet and relaxes though.
