How to spot a moderator on BYC

I'm not new but was wanting to talk to a moderator about something on the forum. I see people with all kinds of tags but none that says moderator. How do I find one?

Also if you have seen something on the forum that you feel is inappropriate you can flag the post.
At the bottom of every post there is the little red flag, clicking on this brings it to the staffs attention.

welcome from Washington state, there appears to be moderators all over the place, they make appoint to care and listen to all conversations and are very helpful when needed. Glad you joined us!
