Do I refrigerate fresh eggs?
How long do they last without refrigeration?
Do I wash them before cooking?
Is egg still good even if hen poop on it ?

THANK YOU!

You will get many different answers to this question. Its personal preference.

I keep mine on the kitchen counter for up to 2 weeks. If their not used up by then, i usually put them in the refrigerator.

Now in the middle of summer, their put in the refrigerator right away because im in the south and our house stays pretty warm.

My understanding is they can last a month without refrigeration. As far as cleaning then I have read it removes the bloom and that allows bacteria in. Cleaning then right before eating them should be fine but I am not sure about that. I don't see why you can't eat then if there is poop on them, everything comes out of the same hole. I would just clean it off first.

We keep ours in an egg carton on a kitchen shelf but we rotate through them pretty quickly. I wash them off with soap and water before preparing and eating them. Haven’t had any issues. But fresh eggs will cook up faster than store bought eggs. I also noticed that hardboiled fresh eggs’ shell will stick when peeling unless I boil the water first then drop the eggs in, turn off heat and rest 15 minutes, then run under cold water. Interesting stuff.

I never refrigerate mine, but then I live in the UK and not a sweltering desert!

They last ages, except they don't in my house. Because we eat them.

Yep as @Jeanw says, boil the oldest eggs because with fresh ones you will lose most of the white when you take off the eggshell.

I rub off big poo chunks when I collect them and only wash them just before cooking them if boiling. In hot water not cold.

As we don't eat large amounts of eggs we refrigerate them, unwashed. With fall on the horizon, we're saving up eggs for winter, so I start saving up eggs from September on and stack cartons of them on a fridge shelf. So potentially looking at eggs sitting up to 3 months or so each fall-winter. They've always kept just fine like that, and if I can make it through winter without having to buy eggs (I've not made it through yet, last year I had to buy 1 dozen :hmm), I'd be a happy camper.
