Hey all! I've been MIA for awhile, but it's been one thing after another with these dang hens! They had mites, I treated them and the coop. No more mites. Problem is, a few of them are still pretty pale. I've increased their food to a higher protein food and I've given each of them a few doses of Nutri Drench, each chicken, one by one! Fun fun. Anyhow, is there anything more that I should be doing to get them back in tip top shape ?

Everything your doing sounds good. If they start to have no energy or lethargic I would give them sugar water or Powerade for a day or two.

I'm also putting Sav a Chik probiotics and electrolytes in their water. 3 or 4 of them just look raggedy and pale. This winter has been hard on my flock and they look it! Lol

Oh so it’s cold there. Okay. So super cute and funny idea. Chicken sweaters! I think they make them online and if not you can always make your own. If you know how. Lol

I def won't be making chicken sweaters anytime soon. Lol.

I've also been dealing with mice, the other girls picking on 1 girl and now I just seen 1 of them picking feathers off another and eating them! I have already raised their food to higher protein, been giving them meal worms. Now I've got some eggs boiling for a protein rich treat.
If I get these girls thru the winter without losing any, ill be shocked!

Sounds like you are doing everything you can :thumbsup
I will just add that canned fish (especially salmon but also mackerel or tuna) are also rich in protein and other nutritional goodies
