How to Tell a Fertile vs INfertile Egg (Pictures)

Pics
I've been studying these photo very well and just today I cracked a double yolker and noticed what seemed to be a fertile yolk. Funny thing is I have no roosters, my gals do free range in my back yard and they all lay an egg everyday I've had them for over 8 months with no access to a rooster.

Tell me what you think.

I know I think it's the strangest thing. Is the bulls eye always foolproof? Or do some non fertile eggs just look that way?

And they have absolutely no access to a rooster. We live in the city limits and are the only ones in our neighborhood that have chickens. That and they never leave our backyard.

Thanks so much for all the information. I am finally in Texas and have ordered an incubator. I also, stupidly, got excited and ordered some Americauna eggs. This will be my first try. This forum has really helped me. I have a brooder kit coming as well as a starter. My coop is about 16 X 12 and has 20 laying boxes. This is an old farm that we have. I am so excited to get some chickens. My outside area is about 12 X 10x10 feet high and covered. I hope they will be safe. I intend to put electric fence around as extra protection. How old should my hatched chicks be before I move them out to the coop? Provided any hatch for me, that is.
