How To tell an easter egger from an araucana and an ameracauna?

So, you can see from Anne's post and Sonoran's that Araucanas look nothing like what the hatcheries are calling "Araucana/Ameraucana".

The hatcheries claim they sell chickens that lay pink eggs. They are not "pink" they are light brown.

I have a Buff Orpington whose egg I could certainly call pink, but it's just pink-ish. Technically, it's a brown egg.
