How to tell if baby chicks or a rooster?

How to tell if baby chicks or a rooster or a hen? I have 4 baby bantam chicks, does anyone know a easy way to tell if I have a rooster? I was wanting to keep a rooster and a hen out them and give the other 2 to a friend.

can't unless theyre sex linked. You can try to vent sex but even experts have trouble with that.
