How to tell if geese are male or female?

Im going to look at a pair of chinese geese tomorrow. How do I tell the male from the females easily?

Go to the Metzers website and view the video on sexing waterfowl. It has worked well for me.

With Chinese Geese, the knob at the base of the bill is slightly larger on the male.
