How to tell if its a hen or rooster chick.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
Sorry. As mentioned, day old chicks are vent sexed by people with a lot of experience and they usually only guarantee 90%. Some breeds are sex-linked and you can tell by their feathering at hatch. For the rest, you can make guesses based on redness of comb and wattles, leg shank thickness, stance, behavior how they feather in. You usually have male specific feathering starting at around 12-15 weeks. You just can sex chicks that young.
You are basically getting straight run chicks. You will eventually be able to tell the pullets from the cockerels. If you can have cockerels, you can re-home them or eat them.

Welcome!
When it comes to small chicks (under 6 weeks) it generally isn't easy for most breeds. Some breeds are colored different at hatch (Sex-linked or just specific patterns differ).
By 6 weeks many breeds cockerels begin developing larger and more pink or reddish combs. Some though don't most all chicks can be sexed by 12-16 weeks. Cockerels begin developing thin saddle feathers

She was really noisey and from what I could tell was attempting immature crows. Has a HUGE comb. It's the LH in the photo. Bigger than her obvious sister (not pictured). Caught her in the act so luckily I don't have to find her a new home. I was so relieved. It can take a while to really be sure!
