How to tell the age of a chick?

At one week, most have a little bit of feathers on their wing tips. By two weeks, they're starting to get short little shoots of feathers on their tails. If you post a pic, we can be more accurate.

Could you help me figure out their age?

The first photo offers no clues. From the feathers on the tips of the wings in the second photo and the beginning of tail feathers, I'd say almost two weeks.
