how to tell what chick are easter eggers?

Araucana have no tails so they mislabelled that bin... lol. I live in central Florida too and have 2 EE's myself which have been laying since November. They seem to tolerate the cold weather quite well. I did wrap the coop with a tarp to block the cold wind on nights when it got below 30 though because I have 2 sides just chicken wire. Eventually I think I will put hinged doors on the 2 exposed sides so I can prop them open on hot days to provide extra shade and close them on cold days to block the cold..
