Northern fowl mites. I’ve only had em once and it won’t happen again.

I hardly ever treat my birds for lice. I use a special recipe that kills the lice in 24 hours. And I use sevin dust in the bedding.

Lice are fairly easy to spot; vent checks show them up easily.
