How to treat wry neck?

She still has a good appetite, but her toes are curled under. She can walk but she tends to avoid walking too much. Is this a bad sign? I don't want to give up on her, she hasn't given up yet, I think she still wants to live

Alright, fingers crossed that it's a vitamin deficiency and I can treat it

I've noticed a new symptom. She will stand up and lift one leg as if to scratch her face but instead she her leg and her head shake for a couple seconds and then it stops. Also idk if this is a good sign but I haven't noticed her legs splaying when she has her seizures anymore

She's now also having episodes where she's not shaking but not all there. She'll swallow for no reason and stare blankly upwards
