How to turn eggs

So i have my eggs in a hova bator laying on their side on the wire rack, they are marked with the date, nest spot, x,0 (4 sides) would it be better to turn them 1/4 turn or 1/2 a turn? not sure if i could turn them enough if i do 1/4 turn...

Okay, it is quite simple actually, all you need to do is rotate them: Therefore, you must flip it, basicly.
