Hi how do I start a new discussion in forums from my phone app?

I have asked questions before from my computer but want to use my phone and cannot figure it out at all!

Go to MENU

The click on FORUMS

Then select the forum title that best fits your question. ( I selected the incubating form for this photo) notice the blue POST NEW THREAD button. Click on that.

Until then, I think they have to be done in BB code, though someone like @CarpCharacin might have other suggestions.
I start by going to a site like this:
https://www.teamopolis.com/tools/bbcode-table-generator.aspx. Enter number of columns and rows, copy and paste the text I want. Generate...

Copy the code:

Paste code

And it should produce this:

4	5	6
7	8	9

Hi. I'm trying to grab a picture from my phone gallery but it's taking forever to load. I've unsuccessfully tried several times. My internet speed is good enough to upload videos on other sites.
