I didn’t realise those Kindles were so limited I looked at getting Charlie one but glad I didn’t now. I like to stick to iPad & iPhone. So easy to pair them so everything is shared on both automatically, photos, iMessage, WhatsApp etc.

They're ok for browsing and watching videos. BUT They are VERY Amazon orientated. The range of apps is poor and updates are slow. We got them for the kids and they seem happy with them. But imo, if you want something faster and more open than get android or an ipad.

Since the Amazon fire OS is based on Android, it's possible to install Google Play store to install more apps. I think you just have to enable unknown sources, and download the APKs and install them. You certainly can. First you need to upload your video to YouTube or a similar site. Copy the link for your video and using the film roll icon in your editor paste the link into the box and click embed.

So I'm not sure if this was answered, I didn't see it but I could have missed it, but when I try to past the Facebook video link to embed it it says url wasn't a good video link or something along the lines. I'm not sure what happened.

Embedding videos from facebook is enabled, so make sure the link is correct. Try right clicking on the video, click show video URL and then copy it and use that to embed the video.

I even git the embeding link from FB and it still sid it cant be uploaded. This is the link, does it look different from other links? I've never posted videos So I'm not sure what the links usually look like.
