It's a 5 th generation fire tablet.

Which means it was made in 2015 and I don't mean to sound ugly but that is OLD for a tablet.
Unfortunately devices such as tablets and phones get old really really fast.
Old means it most likely isn't able to be updated with new released updates that support new things on the web.

BYC supports most browsers, and even many older versions.

Does the Fire tablet allow you to try other browsers (like Chrome or Firefox)? I'd suggest testing those.

@Nifty-Chicken and @KikisGirls , FWIW, I can no longer see pictures and videos on my Ipad, so I was wondering if bluejeans is seeing something similar.

I am testing it now.
