Are you a PFM? Do you frequently start conversations with the same group of people? Do you get tired of typing their names over and over again? If you answered yes to any of these questions, there is a solution! Did you know that PFMs can create "conversation groups"?

This option allows PFMs to create Participant Groups. These groups of multiple recipient names are then available via a dropdown menu when starting a new conversation. This is a great time saver when you often need to start a conversation with the same group of people.

To make a conversation group, go to your Inbox, scroll to the bottom, and click Conversation groups:

Click Create group

Name the group, add the people, then save:

When you start a new conversation, you will see this:
