man I have deboned more chicken then I wanna lol.. I use to have to debone about 50 to 100 chickens a day at one of the restaurants I worked atHow to debone a chicken!
Butterflying a chicken is pretty cool too, really cuts down the cooking time. Just slice up either side of the spine ( cutting the ribs ) or if you have poultry shears snip up either side of the spine remove the spine lay the chicken out flat in a pan... awesome
lol It's been awhile but it's pretty darn easy..about the hardest part really is pulling out the tenderloin(chicken tenders) part once you strip the breast out......also whole chicken bought in the store is usually alot cheaper, but most supermarket butcher departments will part out the chicken for you just grab the whole chicken and they cutt it up and you pay for cheap whole chicken price instead of what they charge for the skinned and deboned breast meat ect,.....was a win win situation for me....Well I will be bugging you when I start...![]()
